LANEDOCKET
Beta Terms
Effective August 26, 2026
LaneDocket is in beta. These short terms add to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If they conflict with those documents on a beta-specific point, these Beta Terms control during the beta.
It is unfinished software
Features can change, disappear, or break. You may see bugs, wrong extracted fields, odd invoices, or downtime. Do not depend on LaneDocket as your only copy of a rate con, BOL, POD, or invoice.
Access may be free — for now
Selected users may receive beta access at no charge. Free beta access is not a promise of permanent free use, unlimited AI reads, or a locked-in price. After beta, the planned paid desk is $14.99/month with a 14-day trial and up to 100 AI reads per billing cycle. Card checkout is not connected yet, so we will not bill your card through LaneDocket during this beta unless we clearly tell you that paid billing has launched.
Check the work before you send it
AI extraction can miss or misread a page. You must review extracted information, dollar amounts, dates, and broker details, and you must review invoices and billing packets before you send them. You stay responsible for your records, claims, and what you send to brokers or factors.
Keep your originals
Keep copies of important original documents outside LaneDocket (your email, drive, or paper files). You can delete an invoice in the app; that also removes files that belong only to that invoice. You can remove a saved broker from your list without erasing historical invoices. You can delete the whole account in Settings by typing DELETE.
We can change or end beta access
We may add or remove testers, change limits, reset sample data, or end the beta. We will try to give notice when we can. Ending beta access does not automatically transfer your documents to us.
Feedback
We may ask what worked and what did not. Feedback can be used to improve LaneDocket. Giving feedback does not transfer ownership of your freight documents, invoices, or carrier data.
